Pradeepkumar K Padmanabhan is an Engineering and Management professional with over 30 years of rich, diverse experience across private companies, public sector enterprises, and the Indian Army — where he served as a Technical Officer in the Corps of Electronics & Mechanical Engineers (EME).
Over 18 years of entrepreneurship, he founded and led two private limited companies, gaining deep exposure to business strategy, technology deployment, and people management. Today, he dedicates his work to mentoring engineers toward clarity of purpose, fulfilling careers, and sustainable high-income growth.
He identified a critical root cause behind low performance and job dissatisfaction in the engineering community — mindset misalignment. This insight shaped his vision to create the TRUE Growth Model and Engineering Leadership Architecture (ELA) framework, empowering engineers to become Technical Resource Utilisation Experts (TRUE®).
